Alexandra is an experienced registered yoga teacher, pre- and post-natal exercise specialist, continuing education provider, and fitness professional. She is featured on leading fitness apps Xponential+ (XPLUS) and Mixed Fitness Arts (MFA) – offering a range of on-demand content including vinyasa yoga, sculpt, cardio, mobility, and prenatal classes. She was a Guest Yoga Trainer on lululemon Studio’s MIRROR, and her classes have been streamed globally across NordicTrack, Princess Cruises and LG Smart TV’s. She is the District Lead Instructor at YogaSix in Reno, Nevada, where she leads trainings, mentors teachers, and offers workshops for instructors to continue their professional development.

Alexandra loves to teach at special events throughout her community; she has taught at the Tahoe Yoga Festival and partnered with Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort to host lakeside yoga community classes to benefit the local Incline Elementary School. She also runs her own private yoga business, offering both in person and online private sessions for individuals, groups, parties, retreats and corporate teams. She has received her Reiki level 2 in Usui Shiki Ryoho and is currently a student at The Soul of Yoga Institute in Southern California studying Yoga Therapy.

As a San Diego native, Alexandra has always been deeply connected to the ocean and living a health and wellness-focused lifestyle. Her love for movement and meditation began after managing chronic pain from scoliosis for many years, and she hopes to inspire others along their own fitness journeys.

Alexandra became a first-time mom in 2025; when she is not at the studio or spending time with family at home, you can find her traveling to a luxury hotel or spa.

What is my why?

When you find something that you really love, that makes you feel joy and inspiration even when you’re feeling pain, sadness and loss, something that can take you to a space filled with more love, compassion and kindness – then I believe you should share that space with others. What the yoga practice has done for me to balance the impermanence and unpredictability of life – then maybe it can do that for others too.

If I can touch one person, for even just one minute - through body movement and meditation, and provide them with a space to feel seen at their true level of existence – that’s purpose.
